The 2015 Annual Convention taught us how to develop leaders in our company. As businesses continue to add locations and supplementary businesses, it is more important than ever to develop a strong staff. The first program of its kind, we learned from the highest level of sports, military and hospitality experts, how to create leaders and achieve excellence. We secured inside access to the Olympic Training Center, the US Air Force Academy, and the 5-star training specialists at the Broadmoor hotel. We gained information on how to maintain only the highest levels of quality service.
